This was my first time dining at a Korean restaurant so I was super excited. The place seemed very cozy. I loved the booths and their little curtains. We came here because it is my boyfriend's favourite Korean restaurant. I was very happy with our meal! I love noodles so I got ramyun, which isn't a special or difficult dish but I enjoyed it. The food came out very quickly and at a good temperature. My boyfriend loves their potato appetizer and I adore their sweet peanuts. We also got bulgogi, which was amazing! The portion was large, more than enough for the two of us and there was the perfect amount of sauce. The ladies who work there are nice and efficient as well. My first impression of Korean food was a positive one and I hoped to visit again. On my second time there, we ordered the combo my boyfriend raved about: soup, spicy diced chicken, 5 bottles of beer for $18 and dukboki (a dish I had been wanting to try). Again, the service was fast and the food was hot and tasted amazing. We ordered much more than we could finish so we happily took most of the meal home. I wish I could make a trip back here sooner! I can't see how anyone who visits this jewel, hidden in the corner of the plaza, would find any fault at all. I stumbled upon Dennis' little oasis about 5 years ago and it has become a weekly ritual. Jerk chicken is to die for. Ox tail is the best I have ever had for sure and the rice and peas stand up to any carribean resaurant in the GTA for sure. I have moved to Calgary and put my family as 1A and the Jerk Pit as 1B as things I miss the most. No Caribbean restaurant out here even compares. Read more

Peach Garden is a rapidly growing chain of Vietnamese/Thai restaurants. The menu is huge with many choices from both cuisines. So far I've tried only the Vietnamese side of the menu but if that is any indication of the quality of the Thai food I can hardly wait. My favourite Vietnamese dish is the pho with 3 types of grilled meat. The meat is beef, pork and chicken. Being done on the gril makes for a nice change from the usual beef pho. The soup is served steaming hot with the meat on a separate plate accompanied by lots of fresh garnishes. For the chilliheads agmonst us, red chillies are served up with a smile. The other Vietnamese dishes are as good, which puts me in a quandry over which is my favourite pho facility. (Number one in Brampton is Pho Peter on Kennedy). The decor is a bit better than most Vietnamese eateries and along with good service makes for a very pleasant dining experience. Highly recommmended. Read more

The hunan beef and the general tao, could have tatsed more authentic , however both were really good despite not being what I have become acustomed to in other chinese restaurants. Everything else was super especially the Pad Thai (which we ordered with tofu an option not on the menu) and they were happy to do this for us. Not always an easy task (substitution) when it comes to chinese food. They were really generous with the portions everything was busting at the seams, and really friendly thats important too.
