There’s been time I went to KFC in Midland near closing time and picked up chicken and you can tell the chicken was fried a while ago, it was dry as ice ? .. Dixie Lee’s chicken is always fresh. On April 30th, I met with a business associate for a working lunch. The menu was creative , original and every dish was as mouth watering as the next one. It makes for a tough decision however, we both chose a lunch platter with a variety of specialties included. Even though we had a few minor 'snags' , the server was attentive and the management friendly & responsive.
