Follow up work was not done to ensure eradication within building containing multiple apartments. Apts bordering that which was considered the origin of a bed bug problem were not treated nor were they even verified for infestation! Months later 3 bedbugs found and trapped by tenant. Was told by building administrator that unless EXTERMAX exterminator suggests it, they will NOT treat bordering apts. All companies I called do bordering apts. Find a company that does. Or bugs will come back!
